David has a very positive attitude which enables him to motivate each client in achieving their goals. Simply stated his methods change bodies. Full scholarship NCAA Division 1 football, graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Economics.
Experienced as a fitness specialist and nutritionist for numerous film companies including Warner Bros and Fox Studios. From 2003-2008 he was also the live-in trainer/chef for Nicole Kidman, traveling globally.
