SportsLab NYC is honored to have Patrick Panico on our Team. As the corrective Exercise Specialist for the Washington Nationals baseball team, Patrick performs sports massage therapy, deep tissue treatment, advanced stretching and corrective exercise to control pain and improve athletic performance. He is a licensed massage therapist, Active Release Therapy Practitioner, Trager Therapist, certified strength and conditioning coach and body worker. He received his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois and has over 20 years of experience in the field. If you’re a runner, triathlete, golfer or weekend warrior, Patrick is available at SportsLab during his off season months. He will help you perform better and recover faster.
