Jimmy started to integrate the practice of strength training into his personal routine over a decade ago. After realizing the holistic impact both physically and mentally, he decided to help others find confidence in their fitness routines and kicked off his professional career as a Personal Trainer. Through a multifaceted approach focused on mobility, flexibility and strength training, he helps clients achieve strength goals while also combating chronic or actue pain and stress in the body.
