As as former educator, I have a wealth of experience in teaching new movements to keep sessions fresh and interesting. As a trainer for over 15 years, I have worked with many people with different goals.
My main areas of focus are olympic weightlifting, functional hypertrophy, and fat loss. Utilizing weight training exercises with short rest intervals to burn fat while simultaneously building muscle makes my training sessions concise and well-paced. The focus on functional hypertrophy ensures not only muscle building and fat burning but an increase in physical performance and injury prevention
