David brings a results-driven approach to performance training, combining a highly positive, motivating presence with methods that consistently deliver real physical transformation. He was a full scholarship football player at NC State from 1990–1994, gaining firsthand experience in high-level collegiate athletics while earning his degree in Business. His experience includes working as a celebrity personal trainer and nutritionist for major film companies such as Warner Bros. and Fox Studios, where he was responsible for all aspects of training for Nicole Kidman in preparation for demanding roles. From 2003–2008, he also served as her live-in trainer and personal chef, traveling globally and overseeing her training, nutrition, and recovery. David’s ability to blend structure, accountability, and energy allows him to help clients achieve lasting, measurable results.
