Jonathan has been a coach and fitness trainer since in 2009. An alum of New York University, Jonathan studied Sports Management. He competed for NYU’s nationally ranked wrestling program after earning state and national accolades as a high school grappler.
His passion for running started after discovering the Pose Method technique, a method which Jonathan adapts into his marathon training programming for himself and for clients.
In addition to training numerous clients for marathons and ultra-races, Jonathan has completed several marathons and race events. Among a range of skill sets, Jonathan’s strengths include trunk stability, active stretching and running mechanics.
